Our Hiring Process

As with everything else we do, we believe that the interview process should create value and be a learning experience for you and us.

Initial Development Assessment :
Two week remote software development assignment and/or case study assignment.
Logical, Analytical & Culture-Fit Interview: (Anything goes, but here are some sample questions) – 30 minutes:

A monologue on a topic you are passionate about to see a clear thought process, clarity of thoughts around the subject, level of interest in explaining it, level of detail, being able to communicate.

Troubleshooting a production issue, trying to find out a backend and frontend solution without compromising User Experience.

The Finale – 1 Hour:
It would start with a code review, missing code coverage review, modifications of requirements to see how the solution can be changed, live-coding and in-depth technical discussion of the various things in the ecosystem and the offer itself.
The Offer:
An offer would be made on the spot if you pass this stage in flying colors.

Student Opportunities

When put into a situation where, there are no ways to find a solution for the difficult phase that has to be overcome, instead of reacting, I would take the time to find a way to resolve it with a calm mind frame and get it solved.

When a situation is presented on where I have to choose between black or white, rather than choosing so, I will be on a Gray and unbiased and come up with a better decision in an uncompromising manner.

I am a traveler, who gets bliss being in nature while trekking than in a fancy place,

I am a silent person until got engaged in discussions on sports, I love playing cricket, and I learned TT, Badminton & volleyball in thinkbridge. Trekking and traveling to multiple remote places have drastically increased my strength

I  tend to go on the opposite side whenever I cross paths with dogs, afraid of them. I am More of a jovial person, considering being down to earth is more important than following formalities and rituals
